These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CFO Dashboard ("Service") operated by The Algebra Group ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Description of Service

The CFO Portal is a financial advisory platform that allows advisors to manage clients, connect to QuickBooks Online accounts, and view financial data including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

3. QuickBooks Integration

The Service integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online. By connecting a QuickBooks account, you authorize us to access financial data on your behalf using Intuit's official API. You may revoke this access at any time from within the portal. Our use of QuickBooks data is governed by Intuit's Platform Agreement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to access.

6. Financial Data Disclaimer

The Service displays financial data sourced from QuickBooks and is for informational and advisory purposes only. We do not provide certified accounting, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Algebra Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
